Banks treat offline customers unfairly

According to Which?, a consumer group, Britons who don’t bank online don't get the best rates for financial products. Which? investigated the average rate for both savings accounts, and discovered thar online savers get 1.14% over the course of a year. This is more than double the rate available for their branch-only peers ( 0.56% ). The Department for Work and Pensions figures out that four million in the UK are digitally excluded fore some reason, and suggests that these offline bankers could access online deals in terminals, offered and run by banks.(bankingtimes)
