Europe cuts down bank bonusses.

European regulators have passed draft rules that will heavily influence the banking world.
The most striking rule is that bankers will only be able to obtain a bonus that contains about 30 % of standard bonusses and a fifth of bumper ones.
These measures were passed on Thursday by the Committee of European Banking Supervisors.
Critics say that these rules will result in a decrease of Europe's competitiveness.
